  134. HOW TO GET STARTED QUICKLY

  136. All of the uncompressed files in this package will fit on one 360K
  137. 5 1/4" diskette.  However, if you play more than one lottery or have a
  138. large data file, you should copy all the files to a subdirectory on your
  139. hard drive.
  140.  
  141. It is very important that you have the statement FILES=20 (20 or
  142. greater) in the CONFIG.SYS file in the root directory of your boot
  143. drive.  If the statement is not in the file, you can use any ASCII text
  144. edit to insert the statement.  Once you have saved the file, you will
  145. need to reboot your computer.  Consult your DOS manual for more
  146. information on this statement.

  150. You should consult the documents (filename extension "doc") in this
  151. package. In particular, read at least the "Introduction" section of the
  152. file "LC.DOC".  This document will tell you how to invoke the program,
